1. A Complete on Site Administrative Consultation: This includes a budget process, administrative policies and procedures, staff evaluations and projections, manuals, forms, staff handbook, meetings with church boards, directors or advisors, etc. This also includes a 60-day follow-up by phone and email.
2. Budget Preparation: (This may or may not be on site.) This will include a P.O. system, church software advice, departmental budgets, debt reduction plans, savings plans, payroll advice, and a complete budget process.
3. Paid Staff Handbook: Includes policies, evaluation processes, exit interview processes, and will be delivered
electronically.
4. Monthly Retainer Consultation: Up to 15 telephone calls and emails concerning any administrative issues, the non-profit group might face today.
5. Administrative Forms: P.O. System, Staff Handbook Template, Budget Worksheets, and other administrative forms tailored to your specific needs.
