As an associate minister with Global Messenger Service, a mission’s organization, all fees are paid directly to G.M.S. These fees are used to further the gospel and train leaders around the world in “We Build Leaders” seminars.

1. Complete On Site Administrative Consultation:   Plans are available in all sizes to fit your church’s budget.

2. Budget Preparation:   If this is done on site, travel expenses will be added to the fees. Budget work is provided at the rate of $50 per hour.

3. Paid Staff Handbook:   Most of this is provided by working through telephone and email. If overnight sending of documents is needed for quicker processing, those fees are to be paid by the church or non-profit ministry. This work is done at the rate of $50 per hour.

4. Monthly Retainer Consultation:   For the retainer rate of $200 per month, you can call or email questions to C.A.S.T. Solutions.

5. Administrative Forms:   These forms are provided by email and range in price from $10 - $20 per form.

6. “Fly on the Wall”:   We offer a unique “fly on the wall” opportunity. Tap into Steve’s years of experience when you invite him to come to your church and observe your team in action. After evaluating your ministry from a “visitor’s” perspective, from the moment we drive within sight distance of your property and buildings, we will strategize with you about areas of potential growth. We will offer plans of a very practical nature to get you started. This is a great option to get started moving forward.
